What is Restricted Data?

Restricted Data refers to data that exists inside an organization but cannot be directly used in AI due to sensitive content, regulations, contractual limits, internal policy, siloed ownership, or access restrictions. The problem is not quality, but the inability to access and use the data in actual AI workflows.
